Before ordering, please read our TERMS & CONDITIONS carefully to avoid any problems regarding your order. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. Joy reservers and bogus buyers will automatically be banned from future GOs, etc.

Any question/s sent via email or DM that could be answered by this form will not be entertained.

📌 All purchased albums from Korea are counted in Korea Music Chart System.

📌 Please fill up the order form if you are 100% sure of purchasing and can pay the FULL amount of the item ordered on or before the DEADLINE of payments.

📌 ORDER CONFIRMATION
Invoice will be automatically sent to your e-mail, together with the payment details after you successfully check out your order/s on our website.

📌 PROCESSING OF ORDER/S
We will only process PAID orders to avoid bogus buyers and joy reservers. NO RUSHING OF ORDERS. We will constantly update on Twitter.

📌 PAYMENTS
Proof of payment must be sent on PAYMENT FORM, as indicated under the invoice that you will receive.
All items sold are non-refundable / non-exchangeable. Refunds will only be available if the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock.

Copy of Deposit / Transaction SlipScreenshot from transfer made via GCash or your Bank App
📌 PACKAGING FEE
A packaging fee will be collected along with local shipping fee upon arrival of the items. This is to cover the cost parcel packaging (ex: bubblewraps, boxes, cardboads, etc.) to lessen the possibilities of damaged parcels. Amount will vary depending on the size of your order and if you requested for extras.

📌 SHIPPING
All items will be examined and packed carefully to avoid damages during shipment. We will NOT be liable for any delays, loss and damage caused by delivery. We're also not responsible nor liable for any delays, loss, damage, and deliver failure on part of the supplier.

All of our products are shipped directly from Korea, so please be patient.

📌 TRACKING NUMBERS
Tracking Numbers will be sent via email.

Buyers must be responsible in tracking their orders. Buyers may ask for our help in following-up the courier in case buyer hasn't received the package after 15 business days from shipment.
